This  is a special place to remember and honor our departed but still beloved kitty companions.

We owe so much to the animals who loved us without question. And while words can't begin to express the thanks we feel for their love, there is comfort in trying.

We are honored to afford the opportunity to express our thanks and never-ending love on these pages.

If you would like to remember a special loved one here, email us with your request.

For visitors who don't have loved ones posted here, we know you'll find at least one kitty who will strike a note of recognition in your heart for a kitty you remember, too.

Morrison
Officially rescued on the 4th of July 2007 at a highway rest stop, Morrison went to the Rainbow Bridge on August 25, 2012. In foster care for just over 5 years, our stunningly handsome tuxedo-clad boy proved to be as sweet as he seemed at the rest stop. He loved affection of all kinds and l-o-o-ved to be combed and brushed. And he LOVED to play! That proved to be a very good thing. We noticed that Morrison was panting heavily after especially vigorous games of feather chase. It turned out that Morrison had a heart condition. His health issues kept him from being adopted, but thanks to the devoted, tender loving care of his foster parents--the owners of Turkey Foot Animal Clinic--Morrison never knew that he didn't have an official home.

Myrtle
Tiny golden eyed Myrtle was an amazing kitty whose trust in human beings was sorely tested but never disappeared. Myrtle was down to just three pounds and slowly starving to death by the time she was rescued outside a local apartment complex. With good vet care and an abundance of TLC provided by her rescuer, Myrtle gained weight and seemed to be thriving. She settled into her foster home where she's made friends with a large gentle dog and her foster family's other cats.  On January 18, 2012, our valiant little girl passed away suddenly. We will never forget how, depsite everything she had endured, Myrtle happily went into the arms of anyone who asked to hold her and indulged them with her cuddles and purrs for as long as they wanted. We are grateful beyond measure to Pat and Rielly, her rescuers and foster parents for giving her a lifetime of love and happiness in the all too short time she was with them. We will miss you always, precious, darling girl!
