Newly arrived to a northern Virginia foster home where they will be able to more easily meet approved adopters, Smokey and Bandit are 10 month old bonded brothers who began life on a farm in Loudon County. Dumped by an unknown owner on one farm, the boys found a substitute mama with a farm cat who let them join her brood. When an FFGW foster living in the same area was offered some "barn kittens," she immediately saw that these sweet boys deserved a better life and took them into her care. Bandit is a buff colored mackeral tabby who is the quieter, more caretaking brother in this engaging duo. While his brother demands immediate attention, Bandit likes to get to know you first and he takes seriously the responsibility of grooming and nurturing Smokey. Smokey and Bandit are hoping to stay together in a permanent loving home of their own.
