What can we say about these cutie patooties? They don't know they have FIV and neither would anyone else. These babies were tossed outside with their Momma, who's safe in a foster home. FFGW answered the call to take them in from outside and now all are safe in a foster home.
They love hanging out with humans as their foster Mom can attest too! They follow close behind wherever she goes. They love other cats too! Whoever adopts this amazing little pair will be lucky to add these sweethearts to the family.
They get along with other cats and dogs! Even large 100+ pound dogs and a 25 pound dog.
Chrome prefers to hangout at the top of the couch and wants to be in your lap and cuddle. Mr. Fluff is like a dog and follows you into every room and meows at you to see what's happening!
They both use scratch posts and don't destroy furniture.
These two are perfect darlings that are ready for a home of their own!
The FIV virus is not a reason not to adopt! It is not transmissible to people or to non-cat
species and is not a death sentence. It simply reduces a cat's immune system as the cat
ages, which can leave the cat more vulnerable to other feline infections later in life.
Cat to cat transmission does not occur with casual contact and it is not airborne.
Cats who are FIV+ live long, happy lives! Please check out the below informational links about FIV to understand why it is not a reason to shy away from adopting:
