Phoebe is a very outgoing and sweet 10-year-old who somehow found herself out on the street fending for herself. Clearly people-oriented, she had a stroke of luck when she found her way to the home of one of our longtime supporters who contacted FFGW for help.  She has had a full veterinary work up including bloodwork and is very healthy.

Phoebe loves people, loves to be petted and wants to be with you all the time. She’s very gently playful, and is a quiet and loving companion.
