Raven is a super sweet, loving, active, playful, funny, baby Manx whose Birthday is approximately April 10, 2016.  He looks like a baby gorilla if you see him walking from behind.  Raven loves (LOVES) the basset hound in his foster home. He will lay on his back and when she puts her nose on his belly he purrs and purrs and bats at her nose and ears.

He loves to play with other cats too.  He plays with kittens his age and plays a lot with older kittens.  (I have a 10 month old kitten whom he seems to really love.)  However, he would also do ok as an “only” in a home where he isn’t alone for extremely extended periods and where he gets lots of attention and interactive playtime.  He can be very independent, though he purrs immediately when anyone picks him up and he really loves people (strangers, men, women, children).

Raven is a “special needs” kitten in that he has a structural abnormality in his pelvic bone structure that requires him to be on special food to keep things flowing.  His forever family would have to fully commit to ONLY feeding him his special food.  Any other cats in the house could eat the same food, or his new family could feed “meals” instead of free feeding.  His forever family would also have to be vigilant and monitor that he is pooping regularly, and be willing to get him to a vet if he goes more than a day or two without pooping.  His foster mom is happy to counsel anyone considering applying to adopt Raven, and will answer any questions you may have.
