The smallest of the litter, this little guy has a huge heart. Frankie is always one of the first to run to his foster mom and he loves being held. Frankie enjoys playing with all of his siblings and his foster mom's dog. He enjoys all of his cat toys and the scratching post. Frankie has great litter habits too!
