Lovely Ninja was living in a storm sewer in a small town in rural Virginia when a kind lady noticed her and began feeding her. Soon the little black kitty took on the unmistakable appearance of impending motherhood and the lady posted signs looking for someone to help before the kittens were born in the sewer. As fate would have it, a friend of FFGW's had just retired to the same small town and agreed to foster the little mom until the babies were old enough for adoption. Ninja liked the family dogs and  was positively in LOVE with the family's oldest cat! Ninja gave birth in early August and in early October she and her little fraternal twins Sammy and Scotty came to Northern Virginia so they could all find happy homes! Ninja has been a wonderful doting mother, and while she doesn't much like to be picked up, she likes to be where her people are and follows her foster parents around like a puppy. She is a little chatterbox and when you talk to her, Ninja answers with the cutest little "meep" sound. Ninja is a sweetheart!

UPDATE NOVEMBER 2014: Ninja has been adopted!
