Special Needs: Outgoing, playful Zebedee and his older, couch potato sister, Zelda, are New Haven, Connecticut transplants who've found themselves in need of a new home here in the DC area. Both cats are affectionate and loving with adults and older children, but not particularly fond of infants and toddlers. They've been exclusively indoor cats in a loving environment.
