According to Mimi's slightly biased foster mom, our adorable tabby with the huge gold eyes is the sweetest cat she has ever fostered. Things could have turned out very differently: precious Mimi was turned over to a rural shelter because she was pregnant. And just hours later, she gave birth to an enormous litter of 8. The shelter did not have space to care for the little family until the babies were old enough for adoption, and that meant finding a rescue group to take them, or . . . the unthinkable. It was the worst possible time for FFGW—we had just frozen intake because off staggering vet bills. But thanks to our wonderful supporters, we quickly raised enough money to safely bring Mimi and her tiny ones into foster care. After months of fun and excitement for their foster parents, all of Mimi's babies have now been adopted, leaving Mimi in a empty nest. She is such a great girl and will make the most wonderful pet for any family, It's her turn to be babied!...
