Beautiful, easy-going Candy and her almost lookalike baby girl, Ella (Candy’s eyes are a lovely pale green while Ella’s are more hazel) are simply awesome kitties! They  were left alone, outside (!!!!),  when their owners moved away. We can’t imagine who could be so cruel . . . or so stupid! The girls are the kind of kitties you dream of! Momma Candy is sweet and gentle and loves and is loved by everyone she meets, feline and human alike. Ella is a typical growing girl, very active and as affectionate as her mom. She loves to play and climb the cat tree. Busy girl Ella loves being groomed by her mom and the other adult cats in the family. And Candy is such a wonderful mommy that she let Ella continue to nurse well past normal weaning time.  Candy and Ella settled in their foster home as though they lived their all their lives. They sleep in bed with their foster parents, follow them from room to room like puppies, and welcome visitors with open arms! We HOPE Ella and Candy will be adopted together—after all they’ve been through, who could split them up?!

Update March 2014: Our wish came true! Ella and Candy have been adopted! Together! Thanks & congratulations to their wonderful new family  >^ .. ^<
