Darling Shadow was adopted from FFGW as a kitten and returned to us in July 2012 when her adoptive parents chose a retirement home that did not allow cats. Shadow is a loving girl, well-behaved and used to being the center of attention in a quiet adult-oriented home. She loves to spend time with her foster mom, who says she's very chatty and loves to be petted. She also loves to sit on the cat tree in her foster room and look out the window. Until recently, Shadow preferred to stay in her own space, even though her door was open, but recently—after 2 ½ years in foster care—is enjoying time in other rooms. While we are delighted by Shadow’s progress, and while she gets along with other cats, we know Shadow longs to be an only girl again.
