These young gents have just entered our system so we don't know very much about them yet--including which is Shavy and which is Goldo! Please watch this space for more details as we get to know them and figure out which name goes with which kitten! So far all we know is that they--with their tortoiseshell sisters Audrey, Anna & Grace--were born in a home and then turned in to an urban shelter because their people decided they had too many cats.
Update after week 1 in foster care: Their foster mom says that the boys are beautifully socialized. They show no aggression despite some difficult circumstances (being uprooted from their home and abandoned at a scary city shelter), purr easily and like to be cuddled.
Update just over two months after intake day: Goldo (in the blue collar on the left in the two kitty photo) was adopted on April 23, 2012! His new mom reports that "we have hit the kitty lottery." We agree!
