Chips and her sister Guacamole are a perfect (dare we say purr-fect?) pair. Originally adopted as Maggie (Chips) and Lisa (Guacamole) in November 2011, they girls came back to us in the summer of 2012 when their adoptive mom's allergies to everything under the sun--including cats--stopped responding to medication. Perhaps the saddest of all was the family's 4 year old daughter. We are happy to say that the girls settled in their new foster home without missing a purr. They are gentle, loving companions and love not only kids, but adult humans as well! Chips likes to talk and will meet you at the front door, eager to tell you about what you missed while you were gone and will follow you around the house like a puppy. She and Guacamole both like to be held, love to play (chase the laser dot is a favorite) and happily settle down at the foot of the bed at night. The girls would be happy to have some more children in their lives, but would agree to be childless, as long as the grown-ups are willing to give them lots of cuddles and play time! They must be adopted together.

UPDATE: We're ecstatic that the girls have been adopted--together--just in time for Thanksgiving 2012!
