Beautiful, gentle Noodles is looking for a new, calm home where she can be the center of attention and affection. At first blush, her story is not new: a baby is born; the cat has to go. But that telling is unfair and incomplete. It misses the anguish and guilt her overwhelmed adopters feel at not being able to keep their precious Noodles in the style to which they got her accustomed when she was their only child. Noodles does not disagree! She misses them too: their lazy mornings reading the paper together, play sessions whenever she asked, having her beautiful fur brushed until it shines and—most of all--long, quiet evenings on the couch, just the 3 of them. Now there's the baby, 24-7, and no time for Noodles. Noodles can be shy with company and needs to have a safe place to hide until she feels ready to meet newcomers. But with her own people, she is a lovable, funny companion. We hope to move Noodles to a foster home soon, but meanwhile, Noodles sits on the sidelines and waits. If you're looking for someone to dote on and adore you in return, Noodles could be your girl!
