How we wish the cats we rescue could tell us their stories! We would love to know how this petite princess of a cat found her way to a fire station in far western Loudoun County. Happily for all of us, Lori caught the eye (and won the heart) of one of the fire fighters, who took her to the vet and was dismayed to find that the tiny, loving little girl was quite pregnant. Through a rescue squad connection, Lori's benefactor found FFGW and we were able to get her into foster care just days before she gave birth to 3 adorable babies. Lori is an extraordinarily devoted and protective mommy, and, to quote her very experienced FFGW foster mom, is "probably the sweetest kitty I have ever met." Lori is just a baby herself, but would love to be adopted with George or Betsy-or BOTH of them.
