Adorable Mirai (pronounced "Mariah") is a wonderful young adult. A true tortie with the comical streak that torties are famous for, she is very active, extremely curious, and highly affectionate. Mirai was found on the eve of  "Snowmageddon" 2010, hiding under the eaves of a townhouse.  She gets along famously with other cat friendly cats, particularly her handsome feline foster brother who was himself adopted from FFGW several years ago. Mirai also loves her people and craves attention whenever and as often as she can get it. Mirai loves to alternate playing with cuddling and will keep you amused as she pounces on shadows. You will never be bored with Mirai around—or wonder if you're loved. You will know it every time she looks at you! Mirai can't wait to have a family of her own to lavish with all her tortie love!

Update: Mirai was adopted on St. Patrick's Day 2012. Very fitting since, as pronounced  Mirai (Mariah) is a Gaelic variant of Mary, meaning beloved, loved, or star of the sea!  Smooth sailing from here on, sweet girl & your lucky new dad!
