Chazz has been his mommy's beloved baby since he was seven weeks old and has never lost his gentle baby softness. But his mom and dad are building a new house in another state. They planned for Chazz and his mom to stay in Virginia until the house was finished. But one construction delay led to another and there is no end in sight. And now Chazzy's mom and his new (human) baby brother are going to join his dad in an apartment hotel in the new state and Chazz can't go with them.
