Tennessee is about the sweetest kitty we've met!  She is loving, playful, cuddly and incredibly outgoing. She and her baby Biscuit are very bonded and must be adopted together.

Tennessee had a very rough go at a shelter FFGW rescued her from. She came in as a pregnant stray and unfortunately was given a vaccination known to cause harm to the unborn kittens.  Because of that, she lost all 6 babies she was carrying and she arrived at her FFGW foster home very withdrawn, depressed, and sadly, full of milk meant for those lost babies.  Tennessee's foster mom did her best to lift Tennessee's spirits, but then an unexpected miracle happened.  The miracle was a little orphan kitten who came to FFGW needing to be bottle fed because he was too young to eat on his own.  The kitten, named Biscuit, was being bottle fed near Tennessee and she immediately came over to him, started chirping at him, and literally curled around him and claimed him as her own!  From that moment on he was her little boy, nursing on her and being cared for by a very devoted momma cat.

Tennessee and Biscuit love to play together and to cuddle with each other.  Tennessee is just barely more than a kitten herself, and you can see that in her playful antics with the fishing pole toy and chasing toy mice around.  She is very protective of her little boy, and has not been happy with the other cat in her foster home.  Because of that, we think that Tennessee and Biscuit would do best in a home where they are the only two cats in the family.
