Mr. Pekoe has a love and personality that knows no limits. He's full of love and playfulness to whoever he meets. His videos show him giving love to a FFGW volunteer during her FIRST TIME meeting him at the shelter.

Once we saw this video we knew it was his time to get out of living his life at the shelter. He had been waiting since June of 2019 for someone to rescue him.

Unfortunately, people aren't taking time to learn about his FIV status. As you can see by our link attached, FIV is not a death sentence or any reason to leave these kitties without a home.

Pekoe loves people, cats and dogs! Nothing upsets this boy. He also loves to have his toys in a toy chest that he can go over, stick his face or paw in and pull one out. The shelter made sure he had his own toy box full of goodies! They were sad to see him go after caring for him so genuinely, but as we are, they're hopeful now he will find a Forever Home that he deserves!

We had our partner vets give Pekoe a full workup. He's had bloodwork done, and full exam and checkup. His bloodwork is excellent and nothing is out of normal range. He's a picture of perfect orange tabby health!
