Diamond is a gorgeous, sweet little lady with very unique markings.  She was rescued from an area where she had been abandoned, and would approach everyone who came up to her, rubbing around their legs, begging for petting and to go inside.  

Diamond loves head butts, running up to greet you when you come home, and curling up on your bed and sleeping through the night. She purrs as soon as you approach and really revs up once the pets start. Give her a soft blanket and you'll have more biscuits than you know what to do with!

Diamond wants to be with her person always, is happy to greet visitors, and will snuggle next to you or sit in a chair next to you while you are working on your computer.  While she craves attention and adores pets, she is fearful of being lifted off the ground.  We do not know what in her background has made her fearful of being picked up, but we are happy that it did not sour her outgoing and purry, loving personality.  She loves and craves the human touch and, while not the classic "lap cat", is a constant companion who loves "side snuggles". 

We think Diamond would thrive in a smaller home or apartment where she has all she needs closer to her. This way she dosent have to go far in eating, using her litter box and getting a cool drink of water! The sooner she's done, the sooner she can get back to being with her PERSON!
