What a darling fellow! Smiley has come very far in his short life from the dark city alley where he was born. Separated from his mother and littermates when he was barely old enough to be weaned, a well-meaning neighbor gave the kitten shelter on his porch, but couldn't feed or care for him properly. Fortunately, FFGW's feral team was working on a trapping project in Smiley's alley and took the hungry, parasite-riddled little guy in. Originally dubbed Lazarus because of his change in fortune, Smiley quickly blossomed into an exuberant, playful kitty who has not only earned his name, but has spread quite a few smiles himself! While Smiley is a very confident boy and practically fearless, he's also a sweet little man who insists on sleeping in bed with his foster mom every night! A special note about Smiley: Smiley really loves other cats and requires the companionship of at least one other kitty in the house!
