Sweet Felicity!  This tiny girl was found emaciated and with hurt paw pads, trying to fend for herself all alone in the big outdoors. Luckily for her, a friend of Feline Foundation rescued her and got her to us, where she received the vet care and pampering she needed to release the sleek, regal baby panther hiding inside her!

Felicity loves adult cats and also loves dogs. She purrs and rubs up against the dogs in her foster home, and loves to play with their ears and tails. She definitely needs either cats or dogs in her new forever home.

Felicity loves to play, and interactive toys are her favorite.  She also is a lap cat, with a purr machine that drowns out most surrounding sounds.  Get your application in soon to meet this little treasure!
