Luke is a precious buff/cream colored boy with bright green eyes. We know the pictures don't do him justice, but one meeting in person and you will see what a DOLL this boy is! Luke was rescued from a high kill shelter with many other wonderful kitties who have found their homes. Now it's time for Luke! 

While Luke was being fully vetted and micro chipped by FFGW, he did test positive for heartworm. Heartworm is not a contagious disease and FFGW made sure to test Luke for whatever else his Vet recommend. We did X-rays that showed no adult worms present. His lungs are clear. We also did the Heartworm antigen test which also came back negative. It seems Luke was only testing positive for "exposure" to heartworm but he's not carrying any. All he needs is one Heart guard treatment a month which comes in a small chewy tablet!
