Charming Billy is a darling feline, a big fluffy boy. Cuddly and lovable, Billy's elderly owner could no longer take care of him and he was taken in by a kind (but bustling) family. Billy hasn't adjusted well and is in search of a quiet home. He's a definite lapcat and loves to purr. The bustling family is sad to give him up, but understands that he will be happier in a less stimulating environment.
