Missy is a gorgeous, petite little sweetie who is very loving. She kneads if she is on your lap and likes to sleep on the bed with her people.  If she wants your attention, she will reach out to you with her little paw and gently pat you to remind you it's time for a little affection!  

Missy was much loved by her owner who sadly had to give her up due to circumstances beyond her control.  We promised to find her the most perfect new home and family -- could that be you? 

Missy does have intermittent asthma and has been seen by our partner vets and a specialist at The TLC Life Centre in Leesburg, Virginia.

Her Current Rx Protocol:

• Prednisone:  1/2 tablet Once per Day (may taper off to every other day)
• Theophylline: 1 capsule Twice per Day  (this Rx is compounded/capsule formulation preferred)
• Albuterol Inhaler: in case of emergency only. She does not need daily.

Daily meds now working well given in a pill pocket before 7 AM and 7 PM food.
