Don't let those sad eyes fool you!  Tobby is a sweet mellow soul looking for a home where he can get lots of love.  He is curious and likes toy mice.  He will greet you when you come home, asking to be petted.  Tobby enjoys other cats and is used to living with feline companions.  He would be ok as an only cat if he got plenty of love and attention, but would also love to find himself in a forever home with other feline brothers and sisters.
