Roo  is a loving, orange tabby. He is a true lap kitty and will follow you around waiting for your lap…he has a  cute  little “baby cat mew” that he does when he is wanting you to sit, so he can claim your lap for snuggles. He is loving, good with dogs.  Due to a move,  Roo   is in need of  a good home and is bonded with his sister Roxy, (see link to her profile below).
