Phoebe is a special little girl - with a lot of personality! She's full of playful, curious kitten energy - no dust bunny is safe from her haha! She loves to cuddle and will even give humans a bath. She does not have her left eye; but that doesn't stop her from having fun (or spotting a can of wet food). This adorable tiny "panther" is ready for her next adventure!
