This sweet boy, has been through a lot and just wants a forever home and to be loved. Waterloo was found on a major highway, in Waterloo, VA covered in burrs and scared. 

He loves to sleep with you in bed at night and follows you everywhere.

Waterloo loves treats, being brushed and being with other cats. 

He adores sleeping with his friends in his foster home and is enjoying taking care of his first set of foster kittens!
