This sweet girl has known nothing but sadness until now! Rescued on July 4 weekend when a wonderful passerby saved her from being drowned in a creek.

Ruby lost one sibling in the lake who didn't make it, Several wonderful people jumped in to save the other kittens before they drowned and took them home.

Ruby is safe with her mom/rescuer for now. Ruby loves dogs and is fine with cats. However, the resident cat in the house doesn't like Ruby being there so her mom has asked FFGW to help her find precious Ruby a new wonderful home to call her own!

For now Ruby has to live in a room away from the family so that she's safe from the resident kitty. She's been given the most wonderful vet care possible by her amazing rescuer. She's 110% healthy and even the vet who treated Ruby can't recommend her enough for adoption!
