Siofin (pronounced “See-y’oh-fen”)

The original Siofin was the Norse goddess of domestic love and harmony.  Unlike her namesake, our sweet little one is still seeking her happy ending.  Siofin was first rescued when she was barely 5 weeks old ater she was thrown out of the window of a moving car.  A witness stopped and was amazed to find the kitten alive and uninjured. Siofin’s rescuer brought her home, and fell in love.  

Unfortunately, the the rescuer had dogs whom Siofin hated with a passion!  As Siofin grew, her love for her mom increased in direct proportion to her hatred for the dogs.  She stalked them, she lunged at them, she attacked them.  Her mom realized it was only a matter of time before someone—canine or feline—was going to get hurt.  So, Siofin was entrusted to FFGW.  

Siofin still hates dogs, and we’ve learned she has no use for male cats or multiple cats at once.  However, she has accepted the friendship of her current roommate, a single, very friendly feline foster sister.  Pretty Siofin LOVES people!   If you are looking for a companion for a cat-centric female feline or, even better, want a pretty little lady to be your one and only, Siofin is the girl for you!
