Finley  is a brown tabby with white markings DSH (domestic short hair) male, approximately three years old.  He was surrendered to the shelter because his owner could no longer provide care for him.  Finley has been timid since arriving at the shelter, but is calm and relaxed when handled and seems to love to be petted and loved on.
