Louie came into foster care via an unusual route: he followed a feral-cat trapper down the alley when she was trapping. When she finished her night’s work, Louie was still right by her side, so she just picked him up and, having no cat carrier handy, put him in an empty humane trap and brought him home to start looking for a rescue group. How lucky for you she found FFGW!!! Louie is a goofy, cuddly, loving, lovable purr machine! He especially loves kneading on soft blankets, purring all the while and even purrs while he eats! Louie was initially a little bit scared of his foster parents’ little dog, but was not at all aggressive with him, and is slowly warming up or at least acclimating, and has no trouble joining the whole family for cuddles at bedtime. Louie is a big digger in the litterbox, an activity he seems to enjoy whether answering nature’s call or not, silly boy! It’s so wonderful to watch him learn to play and enjoy life now that he no longer has to worry about finding food and shelter. Please ask to meet Louie—he can’t wait to meet you!
