London was born around 10/12/2022, with her sister, Derby. Their exact birthday isn’t known since they spent the first month of life at a shelter. London is a silly girl who enjoys playing with her sister and her toys. Her foster parents think she was a spelunker in a previous life as one of her most favorite places to play and hide is in her foster parent’s bathroom cabinet and drawers. If there is a place to explore, London is there. She also worries about her foster mom when she’s in a dangerous situation, like the shower! London must sound the alert as it is unfathomable that anyone would willingly get wet! Her typical sweet and affectionate chirps become more boastful to ensure everyone is notified of the horrendous situation. Once it’s all over, London will inspect the shower to ensure the area is now safe.

London is very affectionate once she’s comfortable. She enjoys playing “keep away.” She’ll rub against her foster mom, chirp, purr, and give all signs of affection. Then when you’re ready to pet, she runs away. Only to come back and do it all over. When she gets to know you, she’ll nuzzle her face against you and at times, give sweet little kisses.

London also believes in magic. She has a slight obsession with the air vent. No one can tell her that there isn’t magic for when she presses her nose against the grate, air comes out! She’ll figure it out one day, she’s determined to do so.

London and Derby would like to go to a home together and would do best in a home with older children who understand when a kitty needs some alone time. This home would need to appreciate a high-energy kitty that has a touch of mischief. With a bit of time and patience, London will settle in and become the outgoing and affectionate kitty that she is.
